World premiere: ¿¿ ... coming soon ... ??
In the shadows, they whisper. Unseen, but never absent.
Her power, once smothered in flame, lingers in the soil, in the air, in the silence between breaths.
She is the keeper of ancient wisdom, attuned to the pulse of the earth and the language only the wild remembers.
Once feared. Once hunted. Now rising. Unbound.
Buried, but not broken. Silenced, but never mute.
“We Will Not Lower Our Voice” is a dance of resistance, a living ritual where bodies speak when words aren't enough. Movement becomes a spell, a story, a fire in the dark.
Blending contemporary, urban, and folk styles, the dancers weave strength, memory, and transformation into every step.
This piece stands against patriarchal norms. It’s a celebration of solidarity, change, and radical self-expression.
This isn’t just a performance. It’s a refusal to stay silent. Inspired by the quiet strength of those who came before, those who paid the price for their knowledge and courage, this work reclaims what was once shamed.
It honors the ones who dared to know, to heal, to speak out. Here, the figure of the witch is reborn, not as a threat, but as a symbol of feminist power.
She stands for defiance, wisdom, and untamed freedom.
She is every woman who refuses to be silenced.
She rises, again and again, held by a bond of sisterhood and shared struggle.
The dancers carry the weight of forgotten histories in their bodies, sparking a rite of remembrance and a call to rise.
Like a phoenix, she is reborn.
Her power can’t be erased.
It only changes shape.
